Back in 2014, Aasaanjobs identified a consistent issue in the employment market. The hiring procedure was quite disorganised and access to a consistent database of candidates in the entry level and blue collar employment sectors was mainly limited. This resulted from a terrible lack of knowledge about job criteria and skill standards. Therefore, it was imperative to establish a database with information about individuals in this sector as well as employment in this regard. Aasaanjobs was born thus as a solution for this issue. Aasaanjobs has developed over years into an end-to- end recruiting marketplace linking companies, consultants, and job searchers for positions across hierarchies in an organization. Our goal is to once and for all address the hiring problems across all job hierarchies, sectors, cities, and for all parties involved: employers, recruitment consultants, job seekers.
